During my time at ILC I was the Broadcast Engineer or over 100 live calls. This was for everything from massive live sales webinars to weekly trainings held by a new community member ever month. Quite the challenge to get a brand new host all set-up remotely on a monthly basis!
The sales webinars and major trainings were either hosted on Demio or Zoom and I would be remoted into the hosts PC in the background just in case. Also to make sure wifi standards are up to speed and to set-up all of the hardw3are for the call.
Now those monthly community member calls were alot more interesting. We used a platform called Streamyard to multi stream those calls to multiple different spaces. In those broadcasts I had full control of everything that appeared on the screen. I had a lot of fun with Nicole during those broadcasts as I could throw up comments and even put a goat emoji on the screen when she was talking about making money by buying goats.
