I kept the idea brewing in my head for a bit and brought my solution to leadership. Operation Diamond Mining was a all-encompassing reporting tool for recruitment. This allowed recruitment officers to see a report of all recommendations while also giving them dynamic actions and sorting ability to help sort thru all of the data.
This was all built using the Formidable Forms WordPress plugin and I basically made it unto a full database system with API calls unto itself. A design artifact I have carried with me thru my career!
